While Alpine Silence earplugs are designed for comfort, it's generally recommended not to wear earplugs for more than eight hours at a time. This helps prevent potential issues like earwax buildup and ear canal irritation.

The earplugs fit correctly if they insert easily but firmly into your ear. If you find they're not providing enough noise reduction and are too easy to insert, try a larger size. If insertion is difficult, opt for a smaller size. We recommend trying all four sizes (XS, S, M, L) to find your perfect fit.
