You get two tip sizes — M and L — for both the left and right ear.

Pull the tip off the wing and press the other size firmly into place. Only change sizes when the earplugs are dry.

The wing is shaped to match your ear's natural curve. Make sure the tip of the wing points forward, toward your face.

Insert with the wing facing up, press gently until sealed, then twist slightly and nestle the wing into the outer part of your ear. Try size M first — if it doesn't fit, switch to L.
