FAQ

Gently pull your ear upwards. Insert the WaterSafe Pro Earplug into your inner ear and press firmly. Twist slightly for a proper fit, then secure the soft wing in the ear concha for extra stability. This ensures the earplugs stay firmly in place during water sports activities.

The WaterSafe Pro Earplugs are specially designed for water sports, featuring a double-layer ear tip that keeps the earplug securely in place and a water-repellent mesh filter that does a better job of keeping cold water and wind out of your ears, while still allowing ambient sounds to be heard. The SwimSafe earplugs have a simpler design and are more suitable for swimming.

The WaterSafe Pro Earplugs are made from soft, silicone-free material that molds to the shape of your ear with body heat. This ensures a comfortable fit, stays securely in place, and can be used up to 100 times.

Yes, the WaterSafe Pro comes with ear tips in different sizes: M and L. Start with size M, which is attached to the filter by default. If this size does not fit well, you can easily switch to size L by changing the ear tip.

Yes, the WaterSafe Pro Earplugs are designed to withstand both chlorine and natural water conditions without losing effectiveness. This allows you to safely use them in both swimming pools and in lakes and the sea.
