Payments & delivery
Payments can be made through PayPal, Maestro or by using your creditcard.
Larger items will be shipped by DHL and include a tracking code. Smaller items will be shipped by USPS and delivered in your mailbox.
The standard shipping costs are $3,95.
Delivery is free on orders over $20 within US.
The unexpected shipping costs (such as custom fees, storage fees and duties) for orders delivered to Canada and Mexico will not be covered by Alpine.
Your orders are shipped from our US warehouse the same day if you order before 2:00 PM (ET), and will then be delivered in 2-5 working days in the US. The order shipped to Canada and Mexico will be delivered up to 5-10 days. Please note that holidays may result in shipping delays.
Returns & warranty
Yes, we have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. However, due to strict hygiene precautions, we only accept returns of earplugs where the packaging remains unopened. If the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept the return. If you wish to return a product please use the return address as mentioned down below. When returning a product always mention your order number! If you have any questions regarding our return process please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
Upon the purchase of products, you have the possibility to dissolve the agreement without provision of reasons within thirty days. This period takes effect on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of you. During this period, you are to handle the product and the packaging with care. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will return the product with all included accessories and in its original packaging to Alpine Nederland B.V. in accordance with the instructions issued by Alpine Nederland B.V.
Costs in case of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days, we will reimburse the amount paid for the product as well as possible shipment costs paid with your order. Shipping costs from your order are only refunded in case you return the complete order. The costs for returning the product will be at your own expense. We will reimburse the amount paid as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days after the return shipment or withdrawal. The amount paid will be refunded using the same paying method used with placing your order.
Exclusion of right to withdraw
If you don’t have a right of withdrawal, Alpine Nederland B.V. can only exclude this if Alpine Nederland B.V. has clearly specified this in the offer, in due time prior to the signing of the agreement.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or incomplete order, or experience a defect?
We assemble our products with the greatest possible care. Do you, nevertheless, believe something might me missing with the delivered product or even broken? Please contact our customer support for further assistance.
I am experiencing some fitting or attenuation problems of my product. What do I do now?
Our earplugs are universal products which form is based on the mold of an average ear. Because the earplugs are made from thermoplastic material, they adapt easily to the shape of the ear canal. That’s why they fit almost everyone and effectively reduce noises. Please follow the included instructions carefully to assure as correct fit.
Are you having difficulties inserting the earplugs and do they tend to fall out?
Then you probably have a relatively smaller ear canal. It that case we would recommend using the Alpine Pluggies Kids.

General product information
The lifespan of Alpine earplugs depends on the frequency with which you use them. Regular cleaning helps prolong the lifespan. Based on a daily use we recommend replacing the earplugs after 3 or 4 months.
Earplugs that are not used on a daily basis of course have a much longer lifespan. Due to hygienic reason, we do advise users to replace earplugs after 1 or 2 years.
The instructions for each set of earplugs is different. Please take care to carefully read the included instruction manual.
You can clean the Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or with the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray. You can dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. Afterwards, the earplugs are immediately ready for use.
The Alpine MusicSafe and Alpine MusicSafe Pro include different sets of filters. You can change the filters for more or less attenuation. Pull out the filter from the earplug. The filter has a tight fit so make sure you pull firmly to get it out. Don’t be afraid to damage the earplug when doing so. After the filter is out, you can insert the other one. Of course, don’t forget to do the same with the second earplug.
