When you purchase via Alpine’s webshop, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Hygiene exemption
Earplugs are sealed hygiene products. Once the seal has been broken, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies — this is a standard exemption under EU consumer law (Article 16(e), EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
