Our grievance mechanism follows the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and ensures every voice can be heard safely.You can use this form if you experience or witness concerns such as:

  • unethical or unlawful behaviour (fraud, corruption, bribery)
  • environmental or sustainability issues
  • human rights concerns
  • unsafe or illegal workplace behaviour
  • breaches of our policies, code of conduct, or third-party obligations

If you feel comfortable, we encourage you to first contact your usual Alpine representative, as concerns can sometimes be resolved quickly this way. We also recognise this is not always possible, which is why this confidential channel exists.You may submit a report with or without your name. Providing your name can help us investigate more effectively, but anonymous reports are treated with the same care and seriousness. All submissions are handled confidentially and protected under our non-retaliation commitment.Once submitted, your message will be acknowledged within 5 working days and reviewed by our Governance Officer.
