I ordered these for my son with ADHD to use in school for concentration and his teacher says they do seem to help, especially with computer work. I also noticed adults with smaller ear canals can use them, so I ordered some for myself and I use them around the house when my boys are getting rowdy. They work to help me stay calm and collected!
