We're sorry if something is missing from your order! Contact our customer service at consumer@alpinehearingprotection.com, share your order number and the missing item. We'll send it to you straight away — at no extra cost. Prefer store credit for our webshop or a refund instead? That's also possible.
Sorry to hear your product arrived damaged! Send our customer service a message at consumer@alpinehearingprotection.com including photos of the damaged item. We'll send you a replacement product free of charge.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. Use your product for at least 10 days to give it a fair try. Still not satisfied? You can choose store credit in our webshop or a full refund.
You can return a product in the following cases:
Ordered the wrong item: return within 30 days, unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you only return part of your order, we'll refund the purchase price of those items (original shipping costs are excluded).
Wrong item delivered or defective: send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product. We'll send the right or a new product, and cover the return costs.
Missing product: contact customer service and we'll send the missing item free of charge.
Not satisfied: we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied due to fit, comfort, noise reduction, or usability, contact our service team within 100 days of receiving your product. We encourage you to use the product for at least 10 days before submitting a return request. You can choose between store credit for a future order or a refund.
Please note: if you bought your Alpine product through a retailer (such as Amazon or a pharmacy), the return process must go through them."
Once we've received your return package, we'll refund you as quickly as possible via your original payment method. This will always be within 5 days. If our customer service has already approved a direct refund, you'll also receive it within 5 days.
Step 1: Contact our customer service team
Send us an email with your order number, product name and return reason to consumer@alpinehearingprotection.com to initiate the return process. Feel free to add images to illustrate earplug damage if applicable.
Step 2: Receive return instructions
In some cases you will receive a new product or a refund. If your product needs to be returned, the following steps apply:
Step 3: Get the return address
We will provide you with the address for the return.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong product sent, broken product), we will pay for the shipping costs and will provide you with a return label.
If you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Step 4: Add your information
Make sure to add your name and order number in the parcel, together with the product you want to return.
Step 5: Get your refund
After receiving your parcel we will refund you as soon as possible. You can choose between a store credit or a refund to your original payment method. You will be refunded within 5 days upon receiving your return parcel. If you have not received the refund, exchange or store credit within 10 days, please contact us.
We apply a Fair Use Policy to ensure our 100-day satisfaction guarantee remains accessible to all customers. The following rules apply:
Products must be used for at least 10 days before requesting a return or refund.
The guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of each product type.
Claims may be refused if patterns suggest misuse, such as repeated refund requests for the same product type.
The guarantee applies to individual customers; bulk or repeat orders require separate agreements.
Alpine reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests in case of misuse and to exclude future orders from the satisfaction guarantee.
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM ET ship same day. Orders after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. US delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
Delivery times may be extended during holidays.
Shipping costs for orders below $20 are $3,95.
Free shipping applies for orders above $20.
We no longer ship to Canada and Mexico from the USA. However, our products are still available in Canada and Mexico through Amazon.
You will receive a tracking number from the delivery partner after your order has been placed. US deliveries are handled by DHL, UPS, USPS, or local carriers depending on your location. If you haven't received this code, please check your spam box.
All orders will be shipped directly to the address you provide as a parcel or a mailbox letter. Orders with 1-2 earplugs will be sent in a letter for mailbox delivery, and a larger quantity or larger item (e.g. earmuff) will be delivered as a parcel.
Currently, we don't offer delivery to pick-up points.
Orders can be shipped to the United States. Unfortunately we no longer ship to Canada and Mexico.
Shipping to other countries is possible, by switching to one of our other stores using the country switcher at the bottom left of the page.

Help me choose
The NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) value is a United States standard that allows you to compare the degree of noise reduction of different hearing protectors. Independent laboratories test earplugs and earmuffs to determine their rating. In Europe, the SNR (Single Number Rating) is used instead of the NRR. This rating is slightly less strict than the US standard. The higher these ratings are, the more the hearing protection attenuates.
Often times, both NRR and SNR ratings are communicated on Alpine product packages.
General earplug instructions
How to insert any Alpine earplug:
- Hold the earplug by the filter side
- Gently pull your ear up and out to straighten the canal
- Carefully insert the earplug until comfortable
For the best fit
There should be a good seal, without feeling pain or pressure. Depending on your product, you can try different earplug tip sizes for maximum comfort.
Product-specific instructions:
Each Alpine product has unique features and fitting instructions. Visit your product's page for detailed instructions on fitting techniques, size adjustments, special features and care instructions.
Your Alpine product comes with a 24-month factory warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers repairs, replacement, or product return as determined by Alpine, including transport costs to and from your retailer.
To claim warranty, you'll need:
- Your dated proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- The product and/or photos showing the defect
The warranty doesn't cover:
- Products used beyond recommended usage time (3-6 months for daily use)
- Self-modified or self-repaired products
- Damage from neglect, accidents, or improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper storage or maintenance
- Cosmetic issues like scratches or discoloration
- Dissatisfaction with fit, function, color, or design
For intensive use, we recommend replacing your earplugs every 3-6 months to maintain optimal protection.
Note: Our Lifetime warranty products are guaranteed to function properly for up to 5 years after purchase.
We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
When using an earplug for an extended period of time, it may expand in size and it could change colour. This is why brand new earplugs are sometimes smaller than used earplugs.
We recommend cleaning your earplugs regularly and replacing them every 3-6 months when used frequently.
You can pay using PayPal or a Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo, JBC, Diners Club International and UnionPay). We also offer express checkout with Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.
Currently, we don't offer Afterpay, Klarna or other methods to pay later.
