From the date of delivery.

Yes, we encourage you to use the product for a few days before submitting a return request. This gives your ears time to adjust.

How to return

Use the return portal linked on top of this section or in the footer. It takes just a few minutes to submit your request.

Make sure your product is returned with all original accessories and packaging, handled with care.

Return shipping is at your own cost. At checkout you can opt in to our free returns programme - if you did, your return is covered. Not opted in? You can still return via the portal and pay shipping yourself.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after we receive your return. You can choose between a refund via your original payment method or store credit.

Custom made earplugs

Custom made earplugs fall outside the standard return policy. Please contact our customer service for information specific to your order. This applies to op maat orders placed via our NL, FR, and BE webshops.
