The new design is 8 mm thinner, provides a more stable fit, and is suitable for children up to 5 years old instead of 4. The earmuffs are already in the correct position and attached to the headband, making them ready to use immediately.

Yes, the Alpine Muffy Baby is CE and ANSI certified, which means it meets the highest safety standards. The product has been extensively tested and approved by parents and babies.

Although hearing protection is safe, it is important to give your baby regular breaks to prevent discomfort. Use the protection especially during times of loud noises. We recommend: wear the hearing protection for a maximum of 3 hours a day and for 90 minutes at a time.

The hearing protection should fit snugly without being too tight or too loose. Here’s how to check the correct fit:

  • Make sure you place the left (L) and right (R) ear cups correctly by checking the markings on the inside.
  • Position the headband on the forehead, just below the fontanel.
  • Ensure that the entire ear is covered by the ear cups.
  • Check that the letter “A” on the side of the ear cup is pointing upward.
  • Make sure the label is positioned above the right ear.
