Pull your ear up slightly. Place the earplugs in your ear canal and press in until they are comfortable and secure. At the end of the earplug is a mini-grip, which you can use to easily pull the earplug out of your ear.

The earplugs offer 20dB attenuation and must be inserted more carefully. On hot days, earplugs are often more comfortable than earmuffs. However, both provide good hearing protection.

Anyone who visits Formula 1 or MotoGP races knows the track can be deafening. While the sound can give you goosebumps, it's often so loud that it can hurt your ears and cause permanent damage. Motor races can reach 130 decibels, enough to immediately harm your hearing. Sound over 80 decibels is harmful, and exposure duration halves with every 3 decibels increase.
