Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM ET ship same day. Orders after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. US delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
Delivery times may be extended during holidays.
All orders will be shipped directly to the address you provide as a parcel or a mailbox letter. Orders with 1-2 earplugs will be sent in a letter for mailbox delivery, and a larger quantity or larger item (e.g. earmuff) will be delivered as a parcel.
Currently, we don't offer delivery to pick-up points.
Did you receive the wrong product? No worries. Please contact our customer service via consumer@alpinehearingprotection.com, mention your order number and the incorrect item. We’ll immediately send you the right product and arrange the return of the wrong one.
We’re sorry if something is missing from your order! Contact our customer service via consumer@alpinehearingprotection.com, share your order number and the missing item. We’ll send it to you straight away — at no extra cost. Prefer store credit for our webshop or a refund instead? That’s also possible.
Sorry to hear your product arrived damaged! Send our customer service a message via consumer@alpinehearingprotection.com including photos of the damaged item. We’ll send you a replacement product free of charge.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. Use your product for at least 10 days to give it a fair try. Still not satisfied? You can choose store credit in our webshop or a full refund.
You can return a product in the following cases:
- Ordered the wrong item: return within 30 days, unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you only return part of your order, we’ll refund the purchase price of those items (original shipping costs are excluded).
- Wrong item delivered or defective: send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product. We’ll send the right or a new product, and cover the return costs.
- Missing product: contact customer service and we’ll send the missing item free of charge.
- Not satisfied: we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied due to fit, comfort, noise reduction, or usability, contact our service team within 100 days of receiving your product. We encourage you to use the product for at least 10 days before submitting a return request. You can choose between store credit for a future order or a refund.
Please note: if you bought your Alpine product through a retailer (such as Amazon or a pharmacy), the return process must go through them.
Step 1: Contact our customer service team
Send us an email with your order number, product name and return reason to initiate the return process. Feel free to add images to illustrate earplug damage if applicable.
Step 2: Receive return instructions
In some cases you will receive a new product or a refund. If your product needs to be returned, the following steps apply:
Step 3: Get the return address
We will provide you with the address for the return.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong product sent, broken product), we will pay for the shipping costs and will provide you with a return label.
If you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Step 4: Add your information
Make sure to add your name and order number in the parcel, together with the product you want to return.
Step 5: Get your refund
After receiving your parcel we will refund you as soon as possible. You can choose between a store credit or a refund to your original payment method, You will be refunded within 30 days upon receiving your return parcel.
We apply a Fair Use Policy to ensure our 100-day satisfaction guarantee remains accessible to all customers. The following rules apply:
Products must be used for at least 10 days before requesting a return or refund.
The guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of each product type.
Claims may be refused if patterns suggest misuse, such as repeated refund requests for the same product type.
The guarantee applies to individual customers; bulk or repeat orders require separate agreements.
Alpine reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests in case of misuse and to exclude future - orders from the satisfaction guarantee.
