Very good comfortable ear protection for use at concerts and loud movies. They come with a small carrying case, making it easy to take them in your pocket.

Great purchase. I hate getting that ringing in my ears after going to loud music events, so decided to try these out.

1. Find your perfect fit 

The medium (M) size comes pre-fitted on the filters and works for most people. If they're not quite right, switch to small (S) if they feel too tight, or large (L) if they're too loose. 

2. Put them in 
Hold each earplug by the filter between your thumb and index finger, then insert it into your ear canal with a gentle twisting motion until it feels secure and comfortable.  
 
Pro tip: Try pulling your ear up slightly while inserting - it often makes it easier! 

3. Check the fit  

You'll know your earplugs fit right when: 

They're comfortable with no pressure points 
They create a good seal in your ear canal 
They don’t stick out too far from your ear

4. Keep them clean 

Clean your earplugs regularly with warm water and mild soap or Alpine Clean spray. Let them dry completely before using them again.
