I like them

I am a walking ad for these earplugs. I never thought I would be the person to wear earplugs because I’m very sensitive when I sleep (light, sound, any sort of weight/pressure, etc). I decided to try them out so that I could hopefully sleep through the night next to my partner who snores. They took a couple nights to get used to but they work unbelievably well. Before I would wake up regularly and would struggle to fall back asleep because of his snoring but now I rarely do unless it’s for a reason of my own. Of course if he falls asleep before me it doesn’t block out the snoring, but it makes it much easier to ignore. Other reviews note that they don’t block out noises outside the room which is the case for loud noise (what do you expect from earplugs) but they make those loud noises so much easier to ignore and fall asleep through. I can also still wake up to my alarm despite having them in which is essential. They occasionally fall out but because of the material they usually just get stuck under my body or sometimes at the bottom of my covers, but I haven’t lost them yet after 3 months of usage and the occasional lost earplug is no sweat compared to good sleep every night.

I can actually sleep through the night again and with my windows open, I don’t get woken up by little noises or the dawn chorus of the birds singing from 4.30am, I don’t hear my husband come home or go to work in the middle of the night anymore either (taxi driver), I was doing a little research on the best ear plugs but didn’t want to spend a fortune, I found these and they are reasonably priced but work so effectively, they are very comfortable to sleep in, I would absolutely recommend these to anyone wanting a good nights sleep, 😴

Work great. Comfortable to sleep in

I bought these a few weeks ago after my 'other' ear plugs lost their widget sound thingy! I wish I'd found Alpine Sleep Deep sooner. They are amazing, comfortable, easy to put in, so so effective and finally affordable. To put this in perspective I do on calls #nhsmidwife, my son has just finished A level exams - so home gaming all day ; and living his best life! My husband also works from home in the office above our bedroom.These earplugs have blocked out the shouting " he's hiding over there, shoot him now!" (If you know - you know!) The constant teams calls and chair rolling sounds and the dogs barking at every leaf that blows past the window. I've slept straight for 6 hours! Don't think just order!
